Is this the perfect wine for the weekend!?
Stella di Luce is a rich, dry rose. In order to obtain the perfect color from our dark red grapes, we bleed the delicate juice from pre-mar created must, with about five to eight hours of skin contact. This process yields beautiful rose-colored juices bursting with flavors and aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. We carefully select yeast and maintain cool fermentations to preserve the rich essences of the grape all the way to the glass.
